Well, at least today started off good... I woke up early (7:00), and got to school almost on time, despite the shitty weather and 10mph driving speed. Class was just like any other, until we started doing lecture (10:30). By that point of the day I was beginning to feel sick, not horribly sick, but extremely tired, and a bit nauseous. I layed my head down on the table, was just about to get up to turn my computer off and walk out of class because I was feeling so sick. When I woke, I had an RN hovering over me asking if I was okay, my head hurt, and I was face down on the ground. Took me about 5 minutes or so before I fully came to, when I did the paramedics was there, and they were doing vitals on me and all that 'good' stuff. They took blood, tested my blood sugar, blood pressure, etc... it all came back perfectly fine. What they did not check was my temperature.

By the time I got to the hospital (totaling approximently 35 minutes after the incident happened) my temperature was 102.8 degrees fahrenheit. I can only imagine what it was at the time of the blackout, since about a half hour after that it was 99.3 degrees fahrenheit.

Finally after about 4 hours of waiting in the emergency room, a CAT Scan, multiple viles of blood drawn, "This Hour Has 22 Minutes", and an EKG or two, I was sent on my way with a prescription for Motrin and an extreme headache. I still have a quarter size bump on my head... which has lessened over the past few hours from a half-dollar sized welt :/

But hey, I get two days off of school.

I unfortunately did miss my operation at the doctors again though. I rescheduled for tomorrow at 11:00.
